Matt Lee
Matthew H. Lee is a native of San Jose, California. He graduated from San Jose High Academy and went onto to receive his BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCDavis. Matt also got his Master of Science in Management from Santa Clara University.

Matt Lee helped many of his clients who happened to be small business owners with the acquisitions and dispositions of their real estate investments.

In March 2006, Matt Lee cofounded Junction Realty Corporation. He helped grow JRC to be player and an expert in HOA Management, Property Management, and Leasing.

Kwokkin (KK) Chan
Kwokkin (KK) Chan has over 10 years of experience in both Real Estate transaction and Residential Mortgage. KK Chan received his BA in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis. KK has over 10 years of management experience in various positions as a Project Manager with the leading high-tech companies in Silicon Valley.

He has been working as an Office Manager and running an independent Real Estate office for about 6 years. Over the course of his real estate career, he has developed a strong working relationship with all major lenders in the Silicon Valley.

In March 2006, KK Chan cofounded Junction Realty Corporation.

Bee Hamilton
Bee Hamilton has been in the real estate industry since 1990.

Her career started with ERA franchise. She joined Century 21 in 1993 where she worked full time as an agent helping clients in the selling and buying of their homes. In 1995, she obtained her broker license and started an independent mortgage company. She teams up with a major company to oversee and train their agents for some years.

Bee is very experienced with RE contract, mortgage loans, processing and escrow service. She also served as a notary public.

Bee joined Junction Realty Corporation to further her knowledge of all aspects of real estate from commercial leasing, property management, and asset management.
